What payment options do you accept?

For all orders, we accept major credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, GrabPay and Atome.

For mobile payments, express checkout is available via Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay depending on your device.

I cannot proceed to pay for my order, what do I do?

Our agents will reach out to you as soon as possible to investigate the error.

Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

If you're still having trouble checking out after multiple attempts, please email us at

Otherwise, there are a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

  1. Your connection may have dropped during checkout
  2. Your card may have been rejected due to the lost of connection

Why am I unable to use my discount code?

If you are still having trouble using your promo code after multiple attempts, please email us at hello@sonicstyle.com.sg, and our agents will reach out to you as soon as possible to investigate the error.

Otherwise, there're a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:

  1. The code has expired.
  2. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

  3. Did you meet the minimum spending requirement?
  4. There might be a minimum spend requirement and/or on selected product categories.

  5. Product exclusions from promo codes.
  6. Discounts are not applicable to sale items, unless specified.

  7. Do you need to be logged in?
  8. Some promo codes will require you to be logged in to redeem the discount.

  9. Did you apply the promo code to the correct field?
  10. Promo codes should be applied to the 'Promo Code' field at checkout.

  11. Has this promo code been redeemed?
  12. Some promo codes might have restrictions to the number of times it can be used.

  13. Have you checked the Terms and Conditions of the promo code?
  14. Check promo terms and conditions to ensure you've met the promo criteria.

  15. Can't find your promo code here?
  16. For any other promo codes sent via our newsletters, please check the terms and conditions in your email.

I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code/gift card, what should I do?

Discount codes and Gift cards cannot be applied to an order that has already been confirmed.
