What happens if I've returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

Once your parcel has been received, our team will process your return and evaluate the eligibility of each item(s). An email will be sent upon confirmation of receipt or reject of the order.

For any parcel rejected, the order will be redelivered to you.

*All counterfeit items will be cleared and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.

How do I check my refund status?

You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable time and without causing significant inconvenience to you, once the items have been received and processed in our warehouse.

Can I return an online purchase to a store?

Orders made on our website can only be returned via traceable post or courier to our warehouse.

How do I return my order?

You can request for a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at, and our agents will reach out to you as soon as possible to process your request.

However, please note that the following categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, or refunded.

Via Home Collection: ($7.00/return)

  • Pack your item(s) in a parcel and seal your parcel securely.
  • Request your return and our agents will facilitate a home collection for you.
  • Schedule your preferred dates of collection.
  • You will receive a notification from NinjaVan to notify you of the home collection.

Via Drop-Off: (FREE)

  • Pack your item(s) in a parcel and seal your parcel securely.
  • Request your return and our agents will schedule a drop-off time-slot for you.
  • Kindly note drop-offs are only available Monday-Friday, from 9am to 7pm (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Drop-off available at 63 @ Ubi, 63 Ubi Avenue 1 #04-07.
